Software Distribution Agreement

These Terms & Conditions of Use (the "Terms of Use") apply to this web site, inclusive of all linked areas, (collectively, the "Site"). You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT USE THE SITE OR ANY SERVICE PROVIDED THEREIN.

Sabresoft Systems reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete any part of these Terms of Use, at any time. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of such changes will constitute your binding acceptance of the change(s).

This distribution agreement applies only to software categorized as "free software" (the "Software") that is produced by Sabresoft Systems. All other software produced by Sabresoft Systems is subject to the End User Software License Agreement that accompanies the software.

Agreement:

Without limiting the foregoing, copying or reproduction of the Software provided by Sabresoft Systems to any other server, networked computer environment or other medium for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited except as provided under the terms of this Software Distribution Agreement.

• You are hereby permitted to:

  • Download and make copies of the Software and its accompanying documentation as required (not applicable to online software documentation).

  • Distribute exact copies of the original Software and its accompanying documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means or on other medium.

• You are specifically prohibited from:

  • Charging any fee, including requesting donations, except for any fees necessary to cover media costs.

  • Distributing the Software and any accompanying documentation in any modified form whatsoever.

  • Distributing the Software and any accompanying documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission from Sabresoft Systems, with the following exception(s):

    The Software may be included in its unmodified form, in online and CD-ROM freeware/shareware collections and on magazine cover CD/DVD collections, without specific written permission provided you notify Sabresoft Systems of such intention.

Any and all use/distribution of Software provided by Sabresoft Systems is further subject to the Terms of Use of this Site and any End User Software License Agreement which accompanies the Software.
