Sabresoft Systems Trade Dress refers to the overall (i) appearance of Sabresoft Systems product packaging, website and marketing materials and (ii) external product design of all Sabresoft Systems products, including distinctive features such as the Sabresoft Systems name.

The absence of a product, service name or logo from the above list does not constitute a waiver of our trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name or logo.

Third-Party Use of Trademarks:

All logos, brands, product names, service marks, trademarks or registered trademarks of Sabresoft Systems may not, in whole or in part, be used, reproduced, copied, distributed or otherwise without the prior written permission of Sabresoft Systems.
